Opposition leader Musalia Mudavadi spoke yesterday after Monday's inconclusive talks aimed at mending differences amongst the NASA principals. The former Sabatia MP remained upbeat, choosing to downplay the yawning gaps on certain issues even as insiders maintain that differences exist.''The consultative meeting will go on until contentious issues are resolved. All of us were present for the talks and I can tell you that significant progress has been made. Challenges come up but I am sure that those can be resolved,'' Mudavadi told the media in a telephone call.Mudavadi's upbeat assessment stands in stark contrast to accounts by insiders privy to the delicate talks that could have a bearing on the fate of the swearing-in ceremony scheduled for January 30.
