Amani National Congress (ANC) party leader Musalia Mudavadi wants the Ethics and Anti Corruption Commission (EACC) disbanded for failing to contain corruption in the country.
Speaking in Nakuru on Sunday during a dinner hosted by the Rift Valley Law Society of Kenya, Mudavadi said the commission has structural problems leaving it at the mercy of cartels.
He added that there is a need to come up with a new strategy to counter graft.
The former vice president further hit out at both the government and the opposition for mudslinging each other at the expense of advancing development.
