Amani National Congress (ANC) Patron Musalia Mudavadi has called upon leaders of the National Super Alliance (NASA) against making remarks that are likely to jeopardize the political outfit as they seek to dethrone President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto.

Mudavadi, who was addressing mourners in Vihiga County on Saturday, asked leaders of the opposition to remain calm in order to smoke out Jubilee from power in a democratic manner as per the constitution.

“I know many people want me to be the flag-bearer. I know people are bitter. I want to calm down all the leaders because we want to democratically vote out Jubilee,” Mudavadi said in response to Mr Alfred Agoi (Sabatia MP) after he cautioned NASA Leaders against endorsing the 2013 line up, as quoted by Nation.

The former deputy President went on: “We should also know that if we get divided, Jubilee will sail through easily as our division will be a through pass for them.”

According to Agoi, Mudavadi is supposed to be NASA flag bearer since he invited other leaders to join him send home UhuRuto.

“Mudavadi formed Nasa and invited the other opposition leaders to it. This revitalized the opposition. The other partners should not claim to be more experienced than Mudavadi,” he added.
