National Super Alliance (NASA) co-principal Musalia Mudavadi has said the Jubilee administration should not be given another chance to lead the country as it has failed to address the problems facing Kenyans.
Speaking on Tuesday when the Opposition alliance took its campaign to Kiambu County, Mudavadi said the government has over borrowed loans in every sector, which in return has lead to high cost of living.
"The government has failed to effectively tackle youth unemployment and has been on a borrowing spree thereby overburdening the taxpayers," said Mudavadi speaking to Limuru residents.
The Amani National Congress leader said although the blame should squarely fall on the two Jubilee leaders, Deputy President William Ruto has been the biggest impediment to the performance of Jubilee government.
"Ruto is the main reason Jubilee government has failed. He takes every opportunity to loot public resources. Personally, I can forgive Uhuru but not Ruto. He has really messed up this country," the former Vice President stated.
He asked Kiambu residents to support the Opposition saying their government will serve all Kenyans equally and equitably regardless of their tribal affiliations.
"NASA is not targeting an individual or a particular tribe. We only have two tribes, the rich and the poor. We will serve all indiscriminately," he added.
The ANC leader was in the company of ODM leader Raila Odinga, ODM Nairobi woman rep candidate Esther Passaris and former Subukia MP Koigi Wamwere, among others.
