Through a tweet on Monday, Mudavadi said that the Opposition's stance has not changed and will not change. He added that even as talks will be held between the opposition and the government, their plans will not change and NASA will not agree to share 'illegitimate' power as he had put it."I would like to assure NASA supporters that our resolve has not changed. Specifically, we wish to reiterate that any national dialogue must have electoral justice on the agenda. We are not interested in sharing illegitimate dictatorial power," Mudavadi tweeted.NASA had vowed not to form a coalition government with the ruling party, Jubilee, on the grounds that Jubilee did not legitimately win the elections to become the ruling government. The opposition coalition's boss Raila Odinga also said he would hold talks with President Kenyatta if both of them are presidents (this is before his swearing in was called off).It however dawned on his supporters that the awaited swearing in ceremony was postponed to give room for talks with the government.Salim Lone, Odinga's advisor noted that NASA deputy leader Kalonzo Musyoka's absence was also one of the factors that contributed to the postponement of the big event.
