NASA principal Musalia Mudavadi has instructed his lawyers sue a media house for linking him to land grabbing.
He has dismissed the reports carried in the media on Thursday.
He denied claims that he owned any property in Woodley Estate, Nairobi.
"Mudavadi has no property purported to have been 'reprocessed' and their title revoked as reported," he said in a statement.
The Amani leader said he is a tenant at the Woodley house belonging to the county government.
"A cross examination and fair reporting can confirm the same at the City Hall," Mudavadi said.
"The Club, through its chairman, has confirmed that no such incision or dispute on its land," Mudavadi added.
Mudavadi said as the administrator of his late father Budamba Mudavadi's estate, he only heard of the claims through the media report.
"If such an allocation and title exists, it must be a fraud perpetrated within the Ministry of Lands and the National Land Commission."
