NASA co-principal, ANC party leader Musalia Mudavadi said the coalition had suffered from fake messages being relayed to the public, claiming the coalition was facing cracks, and or splitting.

According to Mudavadi, such false reports create divisions across the country.

"Please don't put words in my mouth. Don't say what I have not said. We've heard some reports about NASA that give us difficult times and create divisions in the country. We'll have a deliberate statement after meeting with our parties," Musalia said on Monday.

He was speaking during a joint presser after closed door NASA principals' summit meeting in Athi River, Machakos County.

The meeting followed a surprise meeting between Raila and President Uhuru Kenyatta, which had raised questions among three NASA principals - Mudavadi, Wetangula Moses and Kalonzo Musyoka.

According to the four, all is well in NASA and they would meet again to chat the way forward.
