Muhoroni Youth beat Nakumatt FC on Saturday at the Ruaraka Grounds.

Collins Agade drilled an unstoppable shot into the net in the 10th minute to give Muhoroni the lead that was doubled five minutes to the break by Hassan Kiyoyi.

Nakumatt hit the ground running in the second half pulling a goal back on 68 minutes via Kennedy Onyango only for Muhoroni to return their two goals cushion three minutes later when John Njoroge found the target.

Kivovi completed his brace in the 78th minute with an expertly taken penalty as Muhoroni went 4-1 up.

The retailers got two quick fire goals in the 81st and 86th minutes through Peter Nzuki and Faruk Mudoola but their threatened dramatic comeback ran out of time.

In another match played at the Awendo Green Stadium, Sony Sugar held  Ulinzi Stars 1-1.

David Simiyu outpaced his markers to beat Ulinzi goalkeeper James Saruni for the match opener.

Ulinzi relentless pressure finally told in the second half as Cliff Kasuti equalized, Bernard Ongoma the provider.
