Former Tala Councilor Boniface Muisyo who filed a petition seeking the removal of Alex Kamitu as the Tala Member of County Assembly has called on his supporters to be patient as his petition case is set for hearing this Thursday.

Muisyo was speaking during a public Baraza that was organized by Matungulu Member of National Assembly Stephen Mule where he asked his supporters to be optimistic that the Petition will be successful.

"All I can promise u is that I will not tire in looking for justice, we have to be patient as we wait for the verdict of my petition. We are together in this my supporters," said Muisyo.

Muisyo will be appearing at Kangundo Law Courts to listen to the ruling on his petition following the mention that was held last week.

This is the second time Muisyo has filed a case challenging the election of Alex Kamitu after a similar petition he filed in the 2012 general election.

A majority of Tala residents will be waiting eagerly for the verdict of the Petition to know whether there will be a repeat of the MCA elections.
