Matungulu Member of National Assembly Stephen Mutinda Mule has kicked off a three-day entrepreneurial development campaign geared at educating economic active persons within the region on the need for job creation and innovation.
Mule who was speaking to a horde of Tala residents at his offices called on the youth to initiate programs and enterprises that will help curb unemployment among youths within the region.
He claimed that the ratio of dependency within the area has been high which has led to an increase in poverty among Tala residents.
"It is the time people wake up and come up with entrepreneurial ideas that can help them sustain their lives and lives of others. Regardless of the current state of politics, we have in the country, we should remember that our daily to daily life activities matter", said Mule.
Mule stressed the importance of creating small and medium enterprises for a majority of youths within the area who have been in most cases seen as a disgrace within the society.
Also in attendance of the three-day sensitization campaign was the famous rich family members of the Peter Mulei and sons company and other large business owners in Tala.
