Kilifi North MP Gideon Mung'aro has called for unity within the Jubilee camp in the run to the grueling August political contest.Speaking on Monday when he presided over the issuance of nomination certificates to the successful Jubilee candidates in the county, Mung'aro who is keen to unseat Kilifi Governor Amason Kingi asked Jubilee followers to support the party candidates.While urging residents to support the Uhuru Kenyatta-led party, Mung'aro who is the President's point man in the region considered an opposition zone, said the parry has a transformation agenda for the residents."As a party, we are determined to transform our great county of Kilifi for the good of the future generations and the county at large," Mung'aro said in a statement posted on his Facebook page.The battle for political seats in Kilifi is seen as the race between ODM and Jubilee candidates with Malindi Parliamentary seat expected to be fiercely contested with Jubilee's Philip Charo facing off with ODM's Aisha Jumwa who is the favorite to clinch the seat currently held by Willy Mtengo.
