Mung'aro who was accompanied by among others Mining Cabinet Secretary Dan Kazungu and his Tourism counterpart Najib Balala affirmed the government's commitment to bringing to an end the emotive land question in the county.Addressing a rally at Vipingo Sports ground on Wednesday, Mung’aro asked the residents to support his gubernatorial bid so that all land issues in the county can be brought to an end. While slamming the administration of Governor Amason Kingi, Mung'aro claimed that his leadership had failed in responding to the needs of the locals, and asked them to deny him a second term in office owing to his poor development record. The legislator who set in motion ODM rebellion in the region asked the locals to support President Uhuru Kenyatta's re-election bid, arguing that the opposition has nothing new to offer.
