[Photo/ Courtesy]Fresh details have now emerged moments after it was reported that police have shot dead, one of the NASA demonstrators at Kondele in Kisumu, during today's (Monday) demonstrations, against the IEBC.Kisumu County police boss Titus Yoma, now says that he has received reports of existence of Mungiki criminal gang in the lake side city, where residents massively supports the Opposition.He defended the police against reports that they killed the boy, who reports now say, was a student at Vihiga High School, who was purchasing an ice-scream, from a roadside vendor, before being killed.According to Yoma, they have reports that someone emerged from a Probox car, and shot the Form Two boy, in the neck, at a close range, and later disappeared using the same vehicle.Witnesses however said police shot the boy, and further cut his neck, claims the county police boss dismissed, and further affirmed that investigations have been launched into the incident."He was shot from a very close range. That guy was asking for his balance, after buying an ice cream, he was not demonstrating. Police came from a corner and shot him. After shooting him, they came in a group, they cut his neck, and took a cartridge and went towards Mosque," narrated one of the witnesses.
