Meru Governor Peter Munya now wants the Political Parties Dispute Tribunal probed for giving rulings which he says are 'politically--motivated'
The former council of governors chairman said on Thursday that the tribunal was seemingly taking cues from elsewhere resulting in contradictory rulings.
This comes after the tribunal ordered Munya and other officials of the Party of National Unity to step down in seven days over membership irregularities.
However Munya maintained that he was the bona fide leader of PNU despite the orders and accused the tribunal of frustrations.
"I have instructed my lawyers to write to the Judicial Service Commission to investigate members of the tribunal. They have been making contradictory and politically--motivated rulings", he told Nation.
