Rose Musembi said justice wasn't served in the Thursday ruling about her late husband's death.

She said the two year jail term issued to one of the suspect's who had been arrested in connection to her late husband's murder was very little.

"My late husband is worth more, justice wasn't served for his death at all at all," Musembi said.

Musembi addressed the press outside Kangundo Law Courts on Thursday.

She said cracks got into the case when the court started acquitting suspects who had been arrested in connection to the murder.

"We saw it's downfall when they started moving the case from Kangundo Law Courts to Machakos Law Courts and back. Then, some of the arrested suspects were acquitted," Musembi added.

Musembi said the family will consider whether to appeal the ruling or not.

She made these sentiments shortly after Kangundo Law Courts issued two year imprisonment to the last suspect in the case.

Dominic Mutinda was found in possession of some of the missing items from the don's house after the robbery.

He had been charged with being in possession of stolen property.
