Talking in Baringo County during the homecoming ceremony of Tiaty MP William Kamket, the vocal Senator noted that the 2022 politics were not healthy for now.

The Senator who has been a strong supporter of the Deputy President noted that 2022 was still very far for politicians to start politicking.

He was speaking in Baringo county on Sunday following massive presidential campaigns in the region by both Jubilee and KANU leadership in a bid to woo locals ahead of the 2022 presidential race.

Jubilee Party vs KANU politics on 2022 Presidential elections took centre stage with each party trying to prove their might in the region where the two leaders; Ruto and Moi tried to showcase their might.

“2022 is still very far, we as leaders we should be talking about how we will change the lives of the people who voted for us and not about who will be president,” stated Murkomen.

He further noted that politic of who will succeed President Uhuru Kenyatta does not hold water for now as it is a far-fetched dream.
