And on Wednesday Elgeyo Marakwet senator Kipchumba Murkomen said that the former prime minister was at liberty to express his displeasure over the 2013 petition and so was any other Kenyan who felt slighted over the same.

"I have no problem with any Kenyan expressing reservations over the 2013 petition including Raila.They are at liberty to", he said.

However the Jubilee senator was quick to warn Odinga not to intimidate the supreme court in the run up to a new petition he recently filed saying that he must let the judges exercise their discretion unputurbed.

" The judges must be let to their work without being intimidated.They should not be dictated on how to carry handle cases in this country",he told NTV SideBar show.

The former Langata MP insists that he won the August 8 polls but was rigged out by a systematic scheme hatched by the Iebc and the government and has since petitioned the outcome that declared Uhuru Kenyatta the winner.
