Elgeyo Marakwet senator Kipchumba Murkomen on Sunday joined NASA youths in a moment of fun wearing a 'RESIST' opposition cap.
This was during a football match with the Siaya county team.
"Our football team beat Nairobi county in the round of 16&W. Pokot in 1/4 finals. We lost to Siaya county by 1 nil at the semifinals [sic]," he wrote.
"We accepted the results & wished them success. Sports teaches us to RESIST All forms of divisions, tribalism & violence. We had light moments with Siaya team [sic]."
Although it was a moment of fun for NASA followers who welcomed the senator 'home', the gesture did not go down well with a section of Jubilee followers.
"Wee...hio kofia umevaa hapana (that cap you are wearing...no," said Twitter user '@MburuNF'.
