A Jubilee senator has released a list of high ranking NASA leaders he says may be investigated by the International Criminal Court (ICC).According to Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen, Mombasa Governor Hassan Joho, Siaya Senator James Orengo and NASA Co-Principal Musalia Mudavadi may be probed by the Hague-based court.Murkomen, however, did not elaborate specific crimes the three have committed to warrant investigation by the ICC.“After October 26th elections chances are Joho, Orengo and Mudavadi will be investigated by ICC. Orengo will be there instead of Raila. ICC round two,” Murkomen posted on Twitter Sunday. The post brought back memories of ICC cases in which six Kenyans, then Eldoret North MP William Ruto who is now deputy president, then Gatundu South MP Uhuru Kenyatta who is now President and former Police Commissioner Hussein Ali, former Secretary to the Cabinet Francis Muthaura, radio journalist Jushua arap Sang and Tinderet MP Henry Kosgey were accused of crimes against humanity.NASA has been holding countrywide protests demanding for the ejection from office of IEBC CEO Ezra Chiloba and commissioners the opposition accuses of bungling the August 8 election. So far 33 people, according to Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch have been killed by the police since the protests began. The ICC mainly investigates and, where warranted, tries individuals charged with the gravest crimes of concern to the international community. These crimes include genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity.
