Senate majority leader, also Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen now claims the National Super Alliance (NASA) is likely to challenge in the Supreme Court President Uhuru Kenyatta's controversial win in the repeat election held Thursday, October 26.

According to Murkomen, the opposition outfit is using third parties to petition Uhuru's win.

He further claims, NASA is working with some organisations by being enjoined in petitions challenging the repeat election results.“NASA is working with two NGOs and they are getting a citizen to go to court represented by both organisations. They have asked them to sue IEBC, Jubilee and include NASA as the respondents so that it looks like they are not part of it,” Senate Majority Leader and Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen said as quoted by Nation. However, NASA has repeatedly indicated it does not intend to challenge Uhuru's win in court, instead, it will pursue other means to force the Jubilee administration to agree to a fresh election within 90 days. The latest move being forming the Resistance movement and economic boycott.
