Bradley Juma Obomi, well known as Trap King Chromeis was taken into custody following the morning incident.
He allegedly pushed his girlfriend who had come to visit him after they had a quarrel.
The woman Tinu Amy Collins is currently admitted at the Nairobi Hospital and is in critical condition.
According to the neighbours, the two always have violent quarrels whenever the girlfriend is around.
Police say Mr Obomi is not cooperating at all with the investigators and is still in custody and will be arraigned in court as investigations continue.
