Wiper Party chairman David Musila has assured aspirants seeking to vie for political seats using the party ticket in the 2017 election of fair nominations.
Musila said that the party is developing guidelines that will guarantee fair nominations.
The Wiper chairman further said that the party has started nationwide registration of members.
“As a party we have set in place proper strategies that will ensure every aspirant is accorded fair treatment in terms of nominations come 2017,” he said.
Musila urged Kenyans to register as members saying that the party has support across the country.
At the same time, Musila said that Wiper will not tolerate rebels.
He asked those who are dissatisfied to decamp to other parties. “We have people who only want to cause problems and we are telling them to find their home elsewhere,” he said.
On the same note, the Wiper leader said that the party is still a member of Cord. The Wiper chairman denied claims that Wiper was planning to quit the Coalition for Reforms and Democracy led by Raila Odinga, Kalonzo Musyoka and Moses Wetangula.
