Former Kitui senator David Musila has cautioned Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka against agreeing to take oath as the People’s Deputy President.
The former Wiper senator who fell out with Kalonzo, said the former Vice President will be committing political suicide if he agrees to be sworn in.
Musila asked the former Vice President not to be swayed into the illegal activity that is highly treasonous.
He said those pushing Kalonzo to be sworn in are his political enemies.
“I want to advise Kalonzo Musyoka to be careful about his allies pushing him to take an illegal oath because they are planning for his political death,” he said during an interview with a local Kamba radio station on Thursday.
The former Kitui senator who unsuccessfully contested for the Kitui gubernatorial seat in last year’s polls said Kalonzo will be dealt with accordingly if he agrees to an illegal swearing.
“Kalonzo should see what happened to Miguna Miguna and think twice before agreeing to be sworn in,” Musila said.
He asked Kalonzo to reflect on his presence in NASA and decide on his next move.
Musila said NASA has no future and its time the former Vice President made a bold decision.
Kalonzo skipped Raila’s swearing in as the People’s President on January 30.
On Tuesday, Kalonzo said consultations are ongoing to have him sworn in on a date to be communicated by the NASA top leadership.
The former Vice President rubbished claims that he is afraid of taking oath.
