Addressing the public at Wote town on Monday, Musyoka termed the claims as baseless and unfounded.

Musyoka said that he is still a member of Cord and that he has no intensions of defecting to Jubilee or any other party.

“I know rumours are going round that I am planning to ditch Cord, this is not true, people are creating scenarios to validate their claims, we as cord want to transform this country,” said Musyoka.

The Wiper leader said that Cord is strong and will remain united ahead of the 2017 general elections.

Musyoka further said that Cord understands the real problems facing Kenyans accusing the Jubilee government of failing.

“Our brothers in Jubilee continue to fail Kenyans on many ways, cases of insecurity are high, poverty levels are also high and also corruption,” said Musyoka.

The former Vice President said that Jubilee lacks a real agenda for Kenyans accusing its leaders of failing to deliver on the pledges made to the people.

Musyoka called on President Kenyatta to address the problems facing Kenyans especially insecurity.
