Political Scientists Mutahi Ngunyi has issued a stern warning to jubilee telling them not to celebrate Raila Odinga's withdrawal from the fresh presidential poll.

Mutahi, via a tweet, reminded Jubilee of the Supreme Court case and it's totally unexpected outcome.

The controversial political scientist who has over time gathered political rerelevance thanks to his landmark statements called Raila's withdrawal a 'scheme'.

He also refers to the judgement given by Supreme Court as a scheme by chief justice Malaga.

Below is Ngunyi's tweet.

"Jubilee DID NOT see the MARAGA Scheme. They SHOULD not CELEBRATE before they UNDERSTAND the Raila WITHDRAWAL Scheme. It is URGLY!"
