In 2013, political analyst Mutahi Ngunyi rose to fame after predicting the outcome of presidential elections.
Ngunyi's prediction came to pass after Jubilee's Uhuru Kenyatta won the presidency from Cord's Raila Odinga.
The political analyst based his predictions on the number of registered voters stating that Jubilee strongholds had the highest number of registered voters.
And this week, Mutahi Ngunyi took to his Twitter account and predicted the running mate to Deputy President William Ruto in 2022.
This is after Narc Kenya party leader Martha Karua announced that she will back President Uhuru Kenyatta in 2017 as well as vie for the Kirinyaga gubernatorial seat meaning that she will battle it out with former Devolution Cabinet Secretary Anne Waiguru.
Ngunyi stated that the next Kirinyaga governor will be a woman and consequently deputise William Ruto in 2022.
"The WOMAN who becomes Kirinyaga GOVERNOR will also become RUTO's Running Mate in 2022. My BET is MARTHA. She is LIKE TRUMP. A disruption!!!," tweeted Ngunyi.
