[Photo|PSCU]Controversial political analyst Mutahi Ngunyi has raised his voice after President Uhuru Kenyatta appointed part of his new cabinet on Friday. While making the announcement at State House, Kenyatta retained some of the cabinet secretaries such as Henry Rotich (National Treasury), James Macharia (Transport and Infrastructure) Fred Matiang’i, (Interior and Co-ordination of National Government, and acting Cabinet Secretary in the Ministry of Education), Charles Keter (Energy) and Joe Mucheru (ICT).President nominated former Turkana Senator John Munyes, former Marsabit Governor Ukur Yattani and former Director of Public Prosecutions Keriako Tobiko to Cabinet.According to Ngunyi, Uhuru dissolved his first cabinet without saying it, and also 'tricked' Tobiko."What Uhuru did not do as he appointed cabinet is more important than what he did. He dissolved Cabinet without saying it! Then he tricked Tobiko. Very clever!" Ngunyi said through social media.
