The controversial political analyst has explained why the Nairobi county governor Mike Sonko is wrong after claiming that the Kikuyus will not support deputy president William Ruto come 2022.
Speaking through his YouTube channel on Sunday, the political analyst said that the journey of the Deputy president and the Kikuyus is one.
He also added that William Ruto is a powerful representation of a Kikuyu hustler and that the deputy president and a poor Kikuyu are one.
“William Ruto is a powerful representation of these Kikuyu hustlers. A poor Kikuyu and Ruto are one. Their journey is one, their passion for chicken selling is one and their hustle is one,” said the political analyst.
He added: “And that is why a man called Sonko is wrong when he says that the Kikuyus will not vote for William Ruto.”
This comes after the Nairobi governor alleged that there is a section of Mount Kenya region political leaders holding night meeting to the deputy president’s 2022 presidential bid.
The governor had said that the leaders are holding meetings in Nairobi to come up with a Kikuyu presidential candidate come 2022, asking the Jubilee supporters to ignore them and welcome Ruto’s presidential ambitions in the next general elections.
