Political analyst Mutahi Ngunyi has written a letter to Jubilee Party leader, Uhuru Kenyatta, on a possible constitutional crisis.
Through his YouTube channel, Ngunyi tells the president that in case the country snaps, he will be the person to blame.
The controversial analysts says Nasa leader Raila Odinga, IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati and Chief Justice David Maraga will not bear the burden of a constitutional crisis.
"It is a fact of industry that Raila Odinga is a jobless man. The job is with you sir, we gave you the job of the president and this is a fact of industry. If the country snaps therefore, we will not blame Raila, similarly we will not blame Maraga, Chebukati or the Judge who cannot read. If we have a crisis, we will forgive justice Maraga because he is politically naïve. God will deal with him in small instalments. Similarly, we will forgive Justice Mwilu even if she cannot read; most of us cannot read anyway. But if country snaps, we will not forgive you sir," reads part of Ngunyi’s letter to Uhuru.
The political analyst further claims that Odinga will use the IEBC to ensure that no election will be held on October 26 if NASA demands are not met.
“Raila will use the IEBC to ensure that there is no election and this will be the first step of the second coup," reads the letter.
