Mwingi central MP, Engineer Joe Mutambu has given former Vice President Hon Stephen Kalonzo 48 hours to apologize for calling him a thief during the wiper meeting held at Kitengela -Kajiado earlier this week on October 7.
Speaking during what was named as the Matuu declaration at Matuu catholic church today, the Mutambu said that if the wiper leader fails to do so in 48 hours he would take action against him.
“I hereby give you a notice to offer a public apology failure to which I will give directions to my lawyer to take you to court,” said Mutambu.
Failure to apologise, he would also mobilize people from the 3 Kamba counties and also from Nairobi to pitch camp at Kalonzo’s home for him to substantiate his claims.
Among other leaders who decamped to Jubilee party, Mutambu said he was ready for a by-election if Cord was willing to foot the bill.
