[Photo/the standard.co.ke]Former Machakos Senator Johnson Muthama has called for unity among NASA affiliate parties.Muthama warns that disunity among NASA affiliate parties will spell doom for the fight and push for electoral reforms, justice and an end to police brutality.Addressing residents in Kangundo Town on Monday, the former senator said that this is the time NASA needs to remain united than ever.He said that though there could be internal issues, NASA's resolve and push for electoral reforms is unwavering.The former senator said that the country will be staring at more oppression rule by Jubilee regime if NASA gives up on the push for reforms."We (NASA) must stand firm and protect Kenyans from Jubilee's poor rule that has undermined the rule of law," he said.Muthama said that the fight for reforms is for Kenyans, adding that their agenda cannot be stopped by anyone.The former senator urged NASA leader Raila Odi ga, his deputy Kalonzo Musyoka and other principals not to give up on the quest for justice.He said that it will be the end of NASA of Kalonzo or any other principal walks out now.The former senator also cautioned NASA politicians against discussing 2022 politics.He said that it is too early to discuss 2022 noting that the elector reforms agenda is the priority now."It will be useless for us to talk about 2022 when we have not addressed the issue of electoral fraud and injustice that has been perpetuated by Uhuru's regime," he said.There have been claims of disgruntlement within NASA with some affiliate parties threatening to pull out on grounds that they are being sidelined by Raila's ODM party.Threats of some affiliate parties to quit NASA comes even as the Alliance says that plans to swear in Raila Odinga as the people's are complete.Raila is expected to be sworn in as the people's president early next year as the government maintains that his planned coronation is illegal and amounts to treason whose punishment is death.
