Wavinya Ndeti has lashed at Machakos senator Johson Muthama for downgrading her ability to lead Machakos to prosperity.
According to Ndeti, the Wiper party founder member had his preferred gubernatorial candidate. She accused him of plotting to have a governor that would be manipulated.
She said her male competitors fight her without solid evidence and directed them to court if they have any issues against her.
“Muthama is just one person in Machakos. He had his preferred candidate and he is not a threat. He wanted to be a senator and a governor at the same time. They have fought me, the three men; Alfred Mutua, Johnson Muthama and Bernard Kiala. If you are aggrieved then go to court,” Wavinya said.
Her bitter response comes after Muthama declared that he could not be a senator under Wavinya Ndeti or stomach another term under incumbent Alfred Mutua. Muthama also mentioned Wavinaya’s entry into Wiper as one of the reasons he ditched the Ukambani party. The senator has however vowed to campaign for Raila Odinga.
“If Wavinya and Mutua ends up to be the two candidates of Machakos in Gubernatorial race then I do not want to work with them,” said Muthama.
