Former Machakos Senator Johnson Muthama has said that the closure of Uhuru Park will not stop Raila Odinga and Kalonzo Musyoka’s swearing-in set for January 30.According to Muthama, NASA's plan to swear in Raila and Kalonzo as the people’s president and deputy respectively will go on as scheduled.Speaking to journalists at NASA's Okoa Kenya offices in Nairobi on Wednesday, the former senator said that Jubilee tactics to frustrate their swearing-in plan will not work.Muthama assured NASA supporters that their plans are on course, adding that details of the venue for the planned oath will be communicated soon.“Our supporters should remain calm because Uhuru Park was not among our top priority as the venue for the swearing-in of Raila Odinga and Kalonzo Musyoka,” he said.Muthama claimed that Jubilee has panicked and is devising crooked ways to stop their swearing-in plan.He said that the push for reforms cannot be stopped by Jubilee, adding that the destiny and future of the country lies with Kenyans.The vocal politician asked Kenyans and NASA supporters to remain peaceful and pray for NASA leaders ahead of the big day.NASA plans to swear in Raila and Kalonzo on January 30.
