Former Machakos senator Johnson Muthama has launched a scathing attack on Governor Alfred Mutua claiming that the Maendeleo Chap Chap (MCC) Party leader is a political sycophant to Jubilee.
Muthama claims that governor Mutua is being used by Jubilee to divide the Kamba community.
Speaking during NASA rally in Machakos Town on Tuesday, Muthama told governor Mutua that he will not succeed in dividing the community.
He alleged that mutual close association with Jubilee is questionable, adding that the former Wiper party member interest is to sale the community to Jubilee.
“Mutua should stop bargaining his interests using the kamba community name and know that we Kambas will never be part of Jubilee,” he said on Tuesday.
Mutua also hit out at Kamba politicians campaigning for UhuRuto saying they are job hunters.
He claimed that the Kamba poll losers supporting UhuRuto are desperate and cannot sway the community to Jubilee.
The former senator maintained that Ukambani will boycott the Thursday repeat presidential election.
He urged the Kamba community to stand firm and not to be misled by politicians who he said are courting Jubilee for political and financial gains.
On Monday governor Mutua urged the Kamba community to ignore NASAs election boycott calls.
The MCC Party governor claimed that is plotting for violence through election boycott calls.
Mutua instead urged residents to come out and vote for President Uhuru Kenyatta in the Thursday repeat poll.
Mutua alongside a few politicians allied to Jubilee have been campaigning for Uhuru’s re-election saying that he has the interests of the Kamba community at heart.
The country goes to the repeat poll on Thursday with opposition maintaining that they will not participate and instead called its supporters to hold peaceful demonstrations.
