Former Machakos Senator Johnstone Muthama has told the Government to stop killing innocent Kenyans participating in protests to push for electoral reforms.
Muthama alleged there was a plot by the Jubilee leaders to use police harass and kill NASA supporters taking part in the demos.
"If Uhuru wants to test the resilience of Kenyans, let him continue using force against unarmed demonstrators," Muthama warned.
His remarks comes as NASA suspend their daily protests in honour of those who have perished in the demos called after the nullification of August 8 election.
The Opposition alliance has announced that it will honour Kenyans killed by police in the course of anti-IEBC demonstrations on Mashujaa Day.
"In honour of the innocent victims of the State, our protests will stay suspended. On Friday, we will mark the memory of these victims as heroes of the struggle for electoral justice at a venue to be disclosed later," NASA leader Raila Odinga said on Tuesday, as quoted by the Star.
