Mutonya said that he is ready to work with like minded people to enhance security in the country.

Speaking on Sunday at Sigona Ward during Mutonya Tournament the MCA said that the only way to restore security in the country is by empowering the youths.

“I am ready to work with the people who have young people needs in their hearts. I will not sit down and watch young Kenyans being recruited as al shabaab due to unemployment challenges,” said Mutonya.

He urged other MCAs countrywide to engage youths in development related activities.

Mutonya criticised leaders who have been blaming the government over insecurity saying that security begins with an individual.

Meanwhile Mutonya has urged residents to embrace sports. The teams were each given uniforms.
