The Machakos governor said that it is time the locals kept off from such leaders.
Mutua also said that some leaders who he said failed to bring development when they were in leadership are envy of the development recorded his government is making.
Mutua said that his visit to State House two weeks ago has angered critics.
The Machakos governor said that he will not be moved in his quest to promote development.
Governor Mutua has been under attack from a section of Kamba politicians after he led a delegation of professionals and leaders to State House two weeks ago.
The leaders have accused Mutua of trying to sell Kamba people to Jubilee government.
Mutua, however, maintains that the trip to State House was not political as being alleged.
