(Photo/nation.co.ke)Kenya Film Classification Board (KFCB) CEO Dr Ezekiel Mutua has yet again fired another warning to Citizen television concerning another of its shows. In a post on his Facebook page on Saturday evening, Mutua blasted the One Love show which airs every Saturday from 4 pm arguing that it is showcasing nudity and 'misleading' the youth.
According to Mutua, the show can be entertaining to viewers and capture talents without being immoral or showcasing nudity. He further blasted the 'irresponsible' show hosts and warned that the obscenity will soon end.
"You can have fun without being immoral. The media can entertain and capture the talents and imaginations of the youth without being obcene or indecent. What Citizen TV is trying to do is wrong. The irresponsible show hosts promoting this kind of deviance are misleading our youth. Keep giving us more evidence. Even this obscenity will end. . .SOON!" read part of his post.
Earlier on, Mutua had blasted the 10/10 show which he cited as being 'one of the most obscene shows ever to be aired on the mainstream media in Kenya'.
He further reiterated that the show (10/10) violates KFCB's content regulation guidelines and it thus should be condemned by all decent Kenyans.
