Machakos governor Dr Alfred Mutua was Friday forced to flee for his life after rowdy youths declined to be addressed by him and the Chap Chap delegation.

Mutua who was in a mission to open Maendeleo Chap Chap office in Makindu was forced to prematurely end his tour.

It is nor the first time Machakos governor is receiving a hostile reception in Makueni as in 2014 youths disrupted his rally carrying anti-Mutua placards.

The youths later destroyed the paint on the Chap Chap office and repainted using colors that completely hid the words.
