Machakos county governor Dr Alfred Mutua has given Wiper leader Kalonzo musyoka a four day ultimatum to apologise to him for linking him to the kidnap of Kiala's daughter.
Speaking in Kariobangi, Machakos town where he launched a borehole project, Mutua said that if Kalonzo fails to apologise he will be forced to file for a lawsuit.
"Wiper leader has 72 hours to apologise to me for accusing me of being behind Kiala's daughter, failure to that we will meet in court," observed Mutua.
Mutua lamented that the former president has for a long time tried frustrating him since he refused to be a Wiper sycophant and for him being develop-minded.
"All this is because I refuse to be a sycophant and rather chosen to engage in speedy development for the good of my people," he added.
