On Tuesday, Wiper Delegates endorsed the decision by the party’s management to have the governor evicted from the party.

In a Facebook post, Mutua insisted that he would defend his seat through Maendeleo Chap Chap movement which he launched a few months ago.

“I know that WDM has evicted me but I wish to maintain that I subscribe to policies of Maendeleo Chap Chap Movement,” he said.

“It is common knowledge that I was never welcome in the Wiper Party from the onset. They have always struggled to find ways to discredit my development and this is an open secret,” added Mutua who was evicted together with six other legislators.

Mutua said that he will be meeting more aspirants from Maendeleo Chap Chap Movement from across the country in the coming days.
