Maliti who was speaking during a political rally wooing Kangundo residents to vote for Kenyatta said that Matungulu Member of National Assembly Stephen Mule should respect the decision of Governor Mutua of campaigning for Uhuru Kenyatta warning him to stop inciting residents not to attend Mutua's rallies.
"Let us all come together and vote for a re-election of President Uhuru Kenyatta. We need to continue working together with the government for the betterment of our residents' livelihood, let Mule know that we are the government and we are the winning team", said Maliti.
Maliti was accompanied by Dr. Alfred Mutua as they toured different parts of Kangundo including Kakuyuni, Msaweni and Ngulini campaigning for Uhuru.This was the first campaign rally for Maliti as a Deputy Governor of Machakos County following his election on August 8th polls.Both Maliti and Mutua are scheduled to continue campaigning for Uhuru Kenyatta as they tour parts of Kyaume, Sengani and Nguluni before the end of this week.
