Mutua floored his counterparts to emerge the best after a ranking that was shared by Captainx Lennox Xavier, a member of Kisumu county Governor Anyang Nyong’o.

The Maendeleo Chap Chap party leader who has hinted at contesting for presidency in 2022, has maintained that he will remain committed to changing lives of Machakos residents.

Mutua has been urging other leaders to stop politicking and instead engage in development matters.

He has promised to change the infrastructure, education, security and other sectors of the economy before the completion of his second and final term in office.

In the past, he had been lamenting about frustrations from MCAs but assured the residents that he will not give in the fight to make Machakos a better place.
