Two ministers previously sent on compulsory leave have been reinstated in the cabinet but were reshuffled.
Francis Maliti who before being sent packing was serving in the ministry of water and irrigation has been reshuffled to ministry of environment, waste and sanitation.
Larry Wambua who was previously the ministry of public service has been reshuffled to ministry of tourism and culture previously occupied by Faith Wathome.
Wathome has been reshuffled to ministry of Education, Youth and Social Welfare.
Governor Alred Mutua had subjected them to compulsory leave but while reinstating them he said that they have been cleared but didn't disclose on which grounds.
He further said that they will sign a performance contract.
"I hereby reinstate Mr Maliti and Mr Wambua to head different ministries. I am pleased they are not rogue thus they are fit to hold office.
They are going to be under performance contract to ensure efficiency of service delivery," said Dr Mutua.
Rosemary Mulee who sacked from the Public Service Board as a secretary was not reinstated during the current reshuffle.
