The governor was speaking on Wednesday during his victory speech on Wednesday.
He was responding to claims launched by his rival Wavinya Ndeti.
"I did not give money to anyone. People are afraid of change yet the people of Machakos want change...we are going to show them the real change," he told an enthusiastic crowd.
The Governor added God has been on his side since his journey began.
"The people of Machakos have shown they are smart. I wish to say this has been the best-run election ever."
