Machakos Governor Dr Alfred Mutua has invited Syokimau and Mlolongo residents for a consultative forum.

The consultative forum is for all stakeholders (businesses, transporters and representatives of resident's associations).

The venue of the forum will be the office of the governor Machakos county on July 1 as from 2.30pm. 

The main agenda of the meeting will be focusing on road construction and establishing viable partnership proposals between stakeholders and the county.

This comes after massive complains by the residents of Syokimau and Mlolongo on the poor state of roads in the areas.

The governor had promised that works on the same would begin October 2015.
