Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka is facing a possibility of being sued by Machakos governor Alfred Mutua over defamation allegations.
This comes after Musyoka earlier claimed that Mutua was aware of Deputy Governor Bernard Kiala’s daughter who was later discovered in Kasarani at her boyfriend’s place.
"Kama huyo msichana hatapatikana akiwa hai, gavana wa Machakos na wenzake watatoa taarifa waseme huyo mtoto ameuawa na nani (If that girl is not found alive, Machakos governor and his colleagues will have to reveal who killed the child)," Kalonzo said.
Mutua has now given Musyoka an ultimatum to make an apology or meet him in court.
"I am taking honourable Kalonzo Musyoka to court. I am suing him for criminal negligence and for defamation," Mutua said after Nduku was found in Nairobi.
