The CEO made the remarks in reference to the media house's 10/10 show where he warned that KFCB is recording every episode of the show and its hosts will be in trouble if the attendees are underage.
According to Mutua, if the media house does not shape up then they (KFCB) will obtain a search warrant, get into the studios accompanied by police , stop the live show midway and demand to know the ages of the attendees.
"Media houses will shape up or they will regret playing games with the content regulator. We will obtain a search warrant and get into the studios of the station in Kilimani, accompanied by a contingent of police officers and demand to confirm the ages of the attendees,"
"Stopping the live show midway and getting the hosts and the guests to Kilimani police station is not difficult. The kids will be picked by their parents the following day but if we find that some are underage then the show hosts will have a case to answer," posted Mutua on his Facebook page on Friday.
Earlier on, Mutua had also warned the same media house concerning its One Love show that airs every Saturday for what he termed as obscenity and nudity on live TV.
"We will then move to another station in Kijabe street and ask those women who do pornography live on tv to answer a few questions at the Central police station. By the time we are done no kid will attend the wild show. And the socialites along kijabe street will think twice before they bring their obscenity on TV. There are many ways of killing a cat!" added Mutua.
