Nakuru gubernatorial candidate John Mututho has denied social media reports that he has teamed up with incumbent Kinuthia Mbugua against other aspirants.
The former NACADA chairman said he was firmly in the race as an Independent candidate.
“I am not a baby to be sweet talked out of the race. I don’t like the leadership styles of Mbugua and Lee,” Mututho said.
Mr Mututho came a distant third in the Jubilee Party nominations with 30,487 votes.
He will face off with Jubilee’s Lee Kinyanjui and independent candidate Kinuthia Mbugua.
