Mututho has said that the spending of most Non-governmental Organisations remains questionable, especially those that have listed themselves as working for drug control purposes remain questionable added Mututho.

‘‘It has been proven that most NGOs dealing with Drug and Alcohol Abuse have been operating without a laid down procedures, procurement and accountability in whatever they do'' said Mututho.

Mutuho said that there was high possibility of non-deserving people benefiting from cash donated by NGOs instead of such cash being channeled to activities that could benefit needy Kenyans as intended by those NGOs.

‘‘Most of the terror activities in European Countries are being sponsored by NGOs whose coordinators are out to make money at the expense of innocent people’s lives'' alleged Mututho.

NACADA Chairman Mututho’s sentiments come at a time when the Country is facing a serious threat from extremists over the management of public Security.

Mututho has at the same time supported parliament’s decision to endorse Joseph Nkaisery as the new Cabinet Secretary for Interior.
